The RX 7900 XT features a black theme as was showcased by AMD during their Ryzen 7000 CPU reveal. The GPU from Technetium_Tech ships with a 8×3 pin design. This shows that AMD will not adopt the PCIe Gen 5 12VHPWR power connector. The RX 7900 XT is a beefy GPU spanning almost 4 slots in width. The GPU has a slight hint of white lighting around the fans. Although, no actual RGB is shown on the reference variant.

Packed with 8960 cores, which is a massive 75% more than last-gen, AMD is expecting this GPU to deliver top of the line performance. This monstrosity packs 1152GB/s of effective memory bandwidth. AMD’s upcoming RX 7900 XT will take take shots at NVIDIA’s RTX 4090 price-to-performance wise. NVIDIA is dealing with almost 1 year of Ampere stock explaining the increased Lovelace prices. AMD has a chance to pull a Ryzen on the GPU market with NVIDIA stuck in this position. In addition, team red is also planning a -3XD variant for their RDNA3 lineup as their trump card against NVIDIA’s RTX 4090 Ti (Yet to arrive).
